Worked with Patti Robinson to sell my mother's home as executor of her estate. I have noting but high praise for Patti. She not only worked to get full asking price for the property, but assisted in finding solutions to dispose of some of the home furnishings. Since I am not residing locally, she also was able to suggest local contractors to address items needing repair prior to the sale. She was in constant contact with me during the process and always kept me informed of what was happening or what was coming up next.
